We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring changes to your scheduled appointments. Please carefully review our refund policy to ensure a smooth process.

1. Nonrefundable Booking Fee: Be aware that the $50 Online Booking Fee is nonrefundable once a booking has been made.

2. 24-Hour Notice Requirement: Clients must provide a minimum of 24-hour notice prior to the scheduled class if they wish to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to manage our instructors' schedules effectively and offer the time slot to other students who may need it.

3. Instructor Communication: To best address any issues related to cancellations or rescheduling, we strongly encourage you to get in touch with your instructor directly. They will be able to assist you with any concerns and work with you to find an alternative time that suits both parties.

4. Exceptions: In cases of extreme circumstances or emergencies, please contact your instructor as soon as possible to discuss potential accommodations. We strive to be flexible and understanding in such situations.
